M keeps asking me to take her to the potty. She sits on the pot, fully dressed or with her pants pulled down, holds my hands, sits for five seconds, says she's done, and gets down. She's practically wearing a neon sign saying, potty train me! And I know it. I just am in denial that I need to do it.

I think it's great that she is actually interested in using the potty. C is almost 3 and lately he absolutely refuses to go near the potty. Not good!
It sounds like she's ready. I say go for it. That way you'll have a small window of no diapers! yeah! before you have to start again.
If you're interested, I'm a big fan of the potty chart or the potty treat. You can't go wrong with smarties, marshmallows or stickers:)
