healthy baby!
And it's another girl!!!!! We're so excited! She looks fabulous! She looks like her sister did, but actually her ultrasound was clean as a whistle (M's raised a bunch of flags that made us worry for months for nothing! she's perfect!) We're so happy to have a healthy, sweet girl that's going to join us in twenty weeks!!

The firearms issue... my husband is a police officer and he carries his firearm EVERYWHERE with him. (He even takes it to church or when we go to his parents house) When we went to the Phoenix Zoo, after about 4.5 hours of us walking around, we were approached by zoo employees, one who was very polite, and one who was EXTREMELY rude. The rude one informed Scott that she basically didn't care why he had the gun and that he was going to be escorted off the zoo property where he had the choice to either remove his gun, or not re-enter the zoo.
I've written them a big long letter, but basically, he carries that gun for our family's protection (ex- we've run into people he's arrested while grocery shopping) and for the protection of those around us. Like I said in my letter to the zoo, we like to think that we are safe at the zoo... but I also like to think I'm safe at church or at the mall, yet in the past year there have been at least 4 or 5 shootings at both of those places, and in many cases, off duty officers were able to help save lives because they were responsible enough to carry their weapons at all times! I hope what I'm saying makes sense! I still get a little worked up over it all!! If I've confused you in anyway let me know!!
