Our prospective renter chose the "other house"

I've reposted it on Craigslist and hopefully we'll get more great responses. I've also followed up with the two other families who had seemed so interested to see if they really were! And I'm trying not to cry since I'm supposed to pack up my house this week and now have no one to move in!
