We had W's sisters here for the weekend to visit! We decided to take them down to Hot Springs to tour the bath houses and enjoy the Arkansas scenery!
the girls were wonderful and had fun being out and about!
Along Bathhouse Row we took in the sights, toured the Fordyce Bathhouse, and enjoyed pretty downtown Hot Springs.

Why the men's bath? Where do the women bathe?

The women's bath is much much smaller actually. the baths were popular in the early 1900's when women didn't exactly have equal rights.
Wow, am I going to sound totally uneducated if I say I had no idea there were ever communal baths in the US? I've always read about them elsewhere. Really cool.
