January 2011 Goals

I don't like resolutions. I don't keep them. Then there's the inevitable guilt. However, I need goals. I was recently reminded how important they are to improving myself and my life. How do they differ? Not sure, but I'm going to take a whack at it!

1. Keep monthly goals to keep better track, keep it realistic, and keep after myself!
2. Throw out 111 things in 1/11! My cousin is doing it and I NEED to do it!
3. Read a new book.
4. Re-cover glider.
5. Cook dinner 4 nights/week.
6. Exercise 2x/week. (we're keepin' it real here, folks!)
7. Donate fabric I will never use.
8. Smile more.
9. Fix my bedskirt.
10. Buy storage filing boxes for papers.

I think these are great goals, and I like the idea of goals over resolutions. And I'm excited you'll be purging with me in 1/11 - we can do it!
